Nowhere was never originally released on vinyl in the U.S. Matches the original UK album with original embossed LP jacket. Pressed on 180-gram vinyl. 2010 is the 20th anniversary of the album's release.

Nowhere, the debut album for the British shoegazing band, Ride, has been cited by Allmusic as one of the greatest albums of the genre. The album also appears in the 2006 edition of the book "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die".

Considered the group's best album by critics, their sound includes trippy melodies with My Bloody Valentine influences yet tempered for the mainstream pop audience.

"...the best of Nowhere takes you somewhere awfully beguiling." - Entertainment Weekly

"Those drums are the very thunder of irritated gods, I tell you. Laurence Colbert's kit sounded like giants battling in a cavern, and guitarists Andy Bell and Mark Gardener stretched old-fashioned jangle into heavenly drone and walls of breathtaking feedback...one of the greatest statements of the UK's shoegazer movement." - Pitchfork
