Guitarist Jacob Fischer and friends have jumped back in the recording studio to bring their fans Black Orpheus, a compilation of jazz favorites. Admirers of music arranged by Antonio "Tom" Jobim will find a good place in this album, as four selections are dedicated to the Trio's renditions of his famous songs.

Mr. Fischer sticks an original in the mix, situated on Track 5 of Black Orpheus. Others that are memorialized by Mr. Fischer on this album include Luiz Bonfa and Jacob Bittencourt.
