In a recent discussion, describing Friday Music's version of A Wizard, A True Star, the artist equated the expanded vinyl release as "more real estate" which is a brilliant analogy on why Friday Music have chosen to do this for Faithful as another installment in their Premium Sound editions for Friday Music.

And he's been very successful with other cover songs like his brilliant reading of The Beach Boys' "Good Vibrations" which was a highlight at Top 40 radio from this masterwork, netting him a Top 30 hit in 1976.

The Faithful album would feature gold star material that would follow his concert performances to this day like "Love of the Common Man," "Cliché" "Black and White" and "The Verb to Love." Plus, his interpretations of his classic cover versions of The Beatles "Strawberry Fields Forever," Jimi Hendrix's "If Six Was Nine" and The Yardbirds' "Happenings Ten Years Time Ago" were "faithfully" recorded to a T, even netting Todd with a Top 30 Billboard chart single with The Beach Boys classic "Good Vibrations."
