Cai Zhengren and Zhang Jingxian, masters of the art of Kunqu Opera, Xiao Sheng artist Li An, and several dozen instrumentalists from the Shanghai Kunqu Opera Troupe, have assisted in the recording of this collection, providing new interpretations of classic pieces. Producer Ye Yunchuan and recording artist Li Dakang went to Shanghai and oversaw the project from start to finish.
