With a Little Help from My Fwends is the fourteenth studio album by the American rock band The Flaming Lips. It is a track-for-track tribute to The Beatles album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. It was released on October 27, 2014 through Warner Bros. Records. A portion of the proceeds will go to The Bella Foundation, an organization in Oklahoma City that helps provide veterinary care to needy pet owners.

With a Little Help from My Fwends features songs from The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band covered by The Flaming Lips who have brought some friends along for the ride. Guest artists include Miley Cyrus, Moby, Electric Wurms, Grace Potter, Tegan & Sara, My Morning Jacket, and more!

The Flaming Lips' have previously covered the Stone Roses' debut album as well as In The Court of The Crimson King by King Crimson.
