Despite a stray tick or three the surfaces are blessedly quiet; and since Craft spreads the program over six sides with some of the most generous run-out areas I've ever seen, a good 1.25" from the spindle, there is no increased distortion and reduced dynamic range in the inner grooves. Sonically, the tonal balance is pretty close to that of the CDs and Blu-ray, in fact the overall sound of all three is closer than I would have expected in transparency and dynamic range.
