Damien's First Album In Eight Years Produced By Rice With Rick Rubin! 180 Gram Double Vinyl!
With Rick Rubin aiding in the production of My Favourite Faded Fantasy, Damien Rice's follow-up to 2002's multi-million selling "O" and 2006's "9" contains the single "I Don't Want To Change You".
Rice comments on the time taken between releases: "Sometimes you have to step away from what you love in order to learn how to love it again." Music for the album was recorded with Rubin in Los Angeles and Iceland. "I came to Rick mostly based on what I didn't know about him, rather than what I did," says Rice. "For some reason I just had a feeling that I would feel comfortable being open and being me and being vulnerable with Rick."
