Nostalgic Music On 180g Vinyl LP!

Beloved German singer Max Raabe once again takes his audience on a nostalgic trip to the ‘20s on this album with the Palast Orchester, der perfekte Moment ...wird heut verpennt. This album is Raabe’s third collaboration with pop producer Annette Humpe and features songs about both the triumphs and missteps of everyday life — all performed with Raabe’s inimitable blend of humor and emotional vulnerability.

Vocalist Max Raabe is founder and leader of the Palast Orchester. He developed an interest in the sound of German dance and film music of the 1920s and '30s from TV and his parents' record collection. Intending to become a baritone opera singer, Raabe studied at the Berlin University of the Arts. He formed the Palast Orchester with 11 other students in 1985.
