Limited Edition 180 Gram Vinyl 4LP Box Set!
2010 Record Store Day Release - Limited Stock Available!
Released in a Limited Edition of only 3,000 copies worldwide in 2010, this 180-Gram virgin vinyl, four-disc Joy Division Vinyl Box Set contains pressings of the band's two seminal studio albums - Unknown Pleasures ('79) and Closer ('80) - and the 1981 two-disc rarities compilation Still.
Joy Division recorded two albums before singer Ian Curtis tragically took his own life in 1980. But what the Manchester quartet lacked in longevity, they more than made up for with the quality, achieving a greater impact with those two groundbreaking recordings than most bands could ever hope to achieve.
The three albums contained in this Deluxe Vinyl 4LP Box Set:
Unknown Pleasures captures the band in Manchester at The Factory playing "Dead Souls," "Shadowplay" and more.
Closer contains Joy Division's concert at the University of London, which included performance of "Digital," "Twenty Four Hours" and "Glass."
Still features the group soundchecking and performing "Isolation," "The Eternal" and "Love Will Tear Us Apart" at High Wycombe.
